At AJ Collections, customer satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns (Within 7 Days)

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

  • Missing items in the package

  • Severe leakage

  • Packaging damage that affects the product

Note: Perfume usage above 5% is not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Trial / Discovery Boxes

  • Gift Boxes

  • Used perfumes (more than 5% used)

  • Discounted items (unless damaged on arrival)

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number & pictures/video of the issue

  3. Ship the product back (return shipping may apply depending on issue)

  4. Refund/exchange will be processed within 2–5 working days
